TheStudio@NDP uses MindBody online booking system for our classes.
You can log onto MindBody using your desktop to create an online account, or by downloading the MindBody App onto your smart phone.
What is the MINDBODY app?
The MINDBODY® app is a free mobile app that links you to a worldwide network of MINDBODY businesses. You can browse classes, book appointments, and buy passes from opted-in businesses in your area. If you’ve added a credit card to your account, or received a gift card from the business, you can even pay before you arrive.
What if I’ve already created an account online?
You’ll still need to sign up for an account through the MINDBODY app. Your mobile account is separate from the profile used at your local business.
When you register with MINDBODY, the app searches for existing MINDBODY profiles and syncs them to your mobile device. The syncing process works by matching two pieces of information across accounts: your email address and your first and last name. Once synced, you can access all of your previously purchased passes directly from the app.

How do I create a MINDBODY app account?
If you are new to the MINDBODY app, you will have to register an account before proceeding.
You’ll need to register a new account when using the MINDBODY® app for the first time. This is necessary even if you’ve already created an account with a local MINDBODY business. It is important to note the MINDBODY app profile you create is only used on your mobile device.
When signing up for the app, make sure to use the same first name and last name that you use at MINDBODY businesses (if you have any), so we can easily sync your accounts. In order to automatically sync your accounts, you’ll want to use the same email address as well.
Here’s how to register for your MINDBODY app account:
1. Launch the MINDBODY app and select Continue with email.
2. Enter your email address, then tap Next. (Please note, existing users will be asked to log in.)
3. Create and enter a password, then tap Next.
4. Enter your first name, last name, location, and email preference, then tap Create Account.
Log in to your email account to confirm your email address and sync your MINDBODY accounts with the app. Now you are ready to go!
Can I use my app login on clients.mindbodyonline.com?
You can use your app login on clients.mindbodyonline.com, but you’ll need to sync your app account with the business first.
Why do I need to sync my account?
From a technical standpoint, you don’t have an actual account with a local business until you sync the app with them. This is because your app login is separate from the login used at a local business—they are unique accounts that only speak to one another when synced together.
Here’s how it works:
• The MINDBODY app maintains a universal database of its own users—this is the account you use when logging in through the app.
• Each business maintains a “local” database of their own clients—this is the account you use when logging in through your desktop computer.
When you book through the app with a new business, we take your app profile and create a new “local” profile for you with that business.
Or, if you already have an account with that business, we simply sync your accounts together.
Do I need to manage these accounts separately?
Nope. In fact, we recommend simply using your app login everywhere. Once synced, you shouldn’t notice there are two accounts at all. Any updates made to your classes, passes, and visits in the app are instantly shown on a computer, and vice versa.
