Mark graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy. Throughout his studies he worked as a Physio Assistant, gaining practical hospital experience, and was fortunate to spend time in a Canadian Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Clinic in Toronto, which cemented his passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
After his studies, Mark then relocated back to Northern Ireland where he began working in private practice and became the physiotherapist for Bangor RFC. He enjoys the fast pace of the profession and continues to develop his knowledge through clinical experience and specialised courses.
Mark has continued his professional development by training to Master’s Level achieving a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine. He is also qualified in Pilates (APPI),
Kinesio Taping, manipulation and acupuncture (AACP).
Mark enjoys all sports from martial arts, football, rugby and more recently Pilates and Yoga. Outside of physiotherapy and sports, Mark enjoys attending local music gigs and travelling.
